All oysters and products are subject to availability and seasonal conditions. As a natural product, size, appearance and yield may vary. Wheeler’s Oyster Farm reserves the right to substitute or limit quantities where necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Collection

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, tides or courier delays. Wheeler’s Oyster Farm is not responsible for delays outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries where required.

5. Perishable Goods & Food Safety

Oysters are a perishable, live seafood product. Once dispatched or collected, responsibility for proper storage, handling and consumption rests with the customer. Wheeler’s Oyster Farm is not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of oysters, refunds or cancellations are generally not available once an order has been confirmed. If a product is faulty or does not meet food safety standards at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately.

7. Experiences, Tours & Events (if applicable)

Bookings for tours or experiences are subject to weather, safety and operational conditions. Wheeler’s Oyster Farm reserves the right to reschedule or cancel experiences if required, with appropriate notice where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Wheeler’s Oyster Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website or services.
