MEET THE TEAM

Family owned and run by Merimbula locals and husband and wife duo, James and Amy Wheeler, Wheeler’s Oyster Farm is built on generations of local knowledge, hard work and deep respect for the lake. As a husband-and-wife team, James and Amy are hands-on in every part of the operation, supported by their ever-reliable offsider, Dusty, whose skill, consistency and work ethic help keep things running smoothly on and off the water.

It’s a small, dedicated team guided by the tides, the seasons and a genuine pride in producing exceptional oysters — the right way.
